all images & recordings contained or attached to this site are protected by australian & international copyright law. any use intended or otherwise without written consent from adnic photographic services will be prosecuted. for more information visit copyright4clients.com.au

Any information gathered on this site is used for the sole purpose of marketing adnic photographic services & samford photographic studio.No information will be supplied to other parties Day Rates

                                      All invoices are 7 day unless otherwise specified. All costs must be paid for the copyright licence to take effect.

Payment can be made through the following methods: cash, cheque, credit card ( visa, mastercard.)

Billable expenses include: film, processing,prints,lab & couriers, assistant fees ($250.00 per day),transportation costs,accomodation, food, tolls, telephone, rental of special equipment where required & insurance. An advance, based on a percentage of the total projected bill (greater than $2500.00), is required prior to the shooting dates. ( 1/3 of the total quoted cost.) Stylist is billed at $220.00 incl GST for up to 3 hrs.

We edit every take & deliver the best of every situation covered. We retain the copyright to all pictures taken by Adnic photographic services for an assignment, while giving the client the usage rights contracted for & as many of the images as are needed for the client’s internal use & non paid, non marketing public relations effort. The use of the same photographs in advertising is possible but would require a negotiated re-use fee. The cover of a magazine (trade or otherwise) constitutes advertising. We supply the technical & artistic ability to illustrate an idea photographically, & we are selling the right to reproduce those illustrations in a given context. Among the rights we retain is the right to resell all non proprietary images. We do not exercise this right until one year after the publication date of the original project thereby giving the client the exclusive use & impact for that period of time. used on the basis that they are licensed for use for Two (2)

Any image may be purchased unencumbered of copyright ownership & a fee will be negotiated with relation to the value & use of the image.  Any day on which shooting occurs is a photography day.

Whilst Photoshop has revolutionized the way in which images can be presented & corrected it cannot perform miracles. Alterations take a lot of time (billed as an extra charge) & do not always look natural.

There fore it is essential that during a professional photo shoot the client or agency representative is present at all times & it is their responsibility to check the quality, layout & features of all images taken on the day.The Photographer cannot & will not take responsibility for changes required after the shooting date due to alterations that should have been controlled on the date.

The Photographer’s job is to watch the overall appearance & technical aspects of the image & cannot also watch for adjustments of props, clothes , expressions & other variables in the setup.

Postproduction editing or manipulation beyond  standard adjustments & resizing are billed at $77.00 p/ hr. oThe Client is responsible for payments of all expenses incurred up to the time of the cancellation, plus 50% of the Photographer and Assistant fees.  If notice of cancellation is given less than two business days before the shoot date, the Client will be charged 100% of the Photographer and Assistant fees.  Weather Postponements:  Unless otherwise agreed the Client will be charged 50% of the fee if the postponement is due to weather conditions on location.If the client cancels, for whatever reason, with less than twenty four hours notice, or we are unable to shoot and complete the clients original brief, due to the client or subject’s lack of co-operation, the full fee (photographic and assistant) will apply.

If applicable ie quote based on number of shots; if extra shots are requested then they will be charged on a pro-rata basis based on total cost of quote.

COD for all new clients, (cleared funds cheque/bank cheque) prior to credit application approval.  (Normal terms are 7 days with approved credit applicants) Extra charges apply to late payments. Please note that a 30% deposit is required on all assignments over $3,000.00 . Title to all goods and licence for use does not pass to the purchaser/client until full payment has been received. International Clients: Full Payment to be cleared prior to delivery of work – can be arranged as International Funds Transfer

Please be advised that it is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all persons involved or featured in images shot on the clients behalf, sign model or talent releases.  We can provide a release upon request eom ce

We have our own third party and public liability insurance, covered $20,000,000 (Aon Insurance.)

Adnic photographic services currently holds a Qld State Govt. 30215 construction blue card # 0738403.

Also a Qld State Govt. Child Protection Blue Card # 618350/1
